We also understand that in most cases applications are of an urgent nature so we undertake in most cases to draw funds down within a 24 hour period direct to your bank account from time of receipt of your loan application.
Rapid turn around and delivery therefore becomes key and is a critical component of the overall loans process.

We also recognise and appreciate that everyone’s situation is different and as such we believe in being as flexible as possible.
For example, whilst we generally insist on loan repayments being met via Salary Deduction for private company employees, in some instances we may consider other options such as Direct Deposit or Bank Standing Order. Due to the additional risk factors these options attract a slightly higher rate than via Salary Deduction and is only approved on a case by case basis to applications with a sound borrowing history.
For all Public Sector employees the normal loan repayment method is via "Permanent Variation Advice".
There may also be instances when you require loan funds in excess of our Schedule loan limit and again we are happy to consider such requests on a case by case basis.
